Matt Norris recovered from a horrific opening round to haul himself back into the tournament, capitalising on final day collapses from Tim Haley and Stuart White to lift the Masters title.​

Starting the final round eleven shots behind the leader, Tim Haley, Norris only reduced the deficit to seven shots with nine to play, but a brilliant back nine, coupled with late wobbles from the leading pair, saw Norris claim his second Green Jacket by a three shot margin.
